11:59 PM – Registration due
FRIDAY JULY 22
- 4 – 7 pm: Team Check in at AWHC Service Gate. Gates closed for evening at 7pm.
- Teams will meet with judges for registration, pick up meat, and be directed to their designated areas
- Teams may stay overnight in their designated cooking areas, but must make this known at check in or prior by calling the AWHC Front Desk: 435-245-6050
SATURDAY JULY 23
- 6AM – 8 am: Team Check in at AWHC Service Gate. Teams may stay overnight in their designated cooking areas
- Teams will meet with judges for registration, pick up meat, and be directed to their designated areas
- 10-10:15 am: Team meeting with Coordinating Judges at the Opera House
- 11:00am-11:30am: Judges and VIP Judges Meeting in Opera House
- 11:30am -12:00pm: VIP Judges Training Meeting in Opera House
- 1pm: Chicken Turn in Time – Regular Competition Judging
- 2:00pm: Ribs Turn in Time – Regular Competition Judging, VIP Judging, and People’s Choice Judging
- 5pm: Award Ceremony – Competition Awards, VIP Award, and People’s Choice Award
- 6pm: Load Out
- 7pm: Gates Closed.
